Perhaps the location is a little bit off the main road, about a 10 minutes drive and a little bit of a steep road (which was somewhat challenging on our car, but not really a problem). But it's very close to the beach and accessible by stairs directly from the villa. There's also a private parking space for 1 car.

The cleaner was very helpful and did a great job of maintaining the place. She also supported with the check in and out. Andreas was very quick to respond to any queries.

Perhaps the only downside was that the villa gets superhot in the morning until around 2pm as the sun shines directly on the house. The aircon was necessary to bring the temperature somewhat down, but still quite hot.

also, to get up to the front door is about a 3 story steep climb. And to get to the bedrooms is another long climb down (and eventually up). It's nice to have someone prepare breakfast, but unfortunately the quality and variety of food is below expectation of "villa" style breakfast (Website hidden by Airbnb) Beware of charges for electricity (you get a ration) - it was not entirely clear on how much this would cost vs usage but when we checked out, the host was kind enough not to charge us. The bedroom finishings are not kept well and one bathroom had odors from lack of good ventilation. All bedrooms had views, but because the "villa" was more like a 2 story apartment (as there was no garden, or outside space beyond the pool area), the bedroom views whilst having the sea view, came also with some views of the road, and other local resident houses. The beach does look very near, and there appears to be a hotel on that same stretch of beach that could be interesting to hang out at once post COVID activities restart. The place has a very local flavour and would be interesting of travelers looking for more a local stay. Thankfully GRAB is available and relatively easy to call on although car transport in general in Samui doesn't come cheap. Overall, the stay was below expectations.

It was a breath of fresh air to wake every morning... read more to the glittering ocean, and the access to the beach is basically right at the doorstep. The access route seems to have been touched up recently, with landscaping, and the whole neighborhood has peace and quiet. The beach itself is a good size for short walks, amazingly clean and very nice for a swim. You can rent kayaks and there is a nice beach restaurant right in the bay with great seafood, it might get a bit busy when the resorts are full but was such a nice gem during our trip. Andreas was a great host, very responsive, and the house keeper made amazing breakfasts and kept the place so tidy and clean. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen a couple of nights, its stocked with the basics; there are a couple of local restaurants in walking distance but any food is at your fingertips through delivery. The villa is highly recommended!

  First of all, excellent views, clean, modern and the maid / Cheff is lovely and her hospitality is full worth of stay. Sure i will be back.
